Memjet and HP Inc. Agree to Settlement of Patent Dispute

San Diego, California – June 30, 2016 – Memjet and HP Inc. have reached a global settlement that includes the dismissal of all current actions between the parties and a cross-license. The terms of the settlement are confidential.
