NETSUITE SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR

A position has become available for a Netsuite administrator role within Memjet. The role will also require the successful candidate to get involved with some Netsuite development (customizations). Additionally, the successful candidate will either have some experience in either PBCS or Hyperion or is willing to learn and take courses in their use and administration.

This position’s primary responsibility is to independently administer our Netsuite and PBCS tenants and assist in business process development within our corporate environment. The key objectives are to a) ensure business process capability, productivity, and efficiency by developing and implementing process improvements and automation, and b) work with key stakeholders to build forecasting and planning data models. Knowledge of corporate business processes, scripting, and project management principles are required to be successful in this position.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide first and second level support for Netsuite – troubleshoot and resolve end-user issues and work with vendor support teams when needed
  • Able to advise on matters of data structure, models, and integrity to enable accurate transacting, reporting, and planning across Netsuite, PBCS and existing S&OP toolsets
  • Interact with personnel at all levels of the company to understand their business system needs, problems and opportunities
  • Elicit and prioritize user requirements through solution design, testing and implementation.
  • Project management of business process implementations
  • Develop and maintain systems procedures and documentation
  • Identify and implement process improvement initiatives within the business units and the IT team as it relates to optimizing the use of technology

NetSuite administrative experience

  • Customize and provision roles and access
  • Custom forms, PDF layouts, fields, searches, and reports
  • Knowledgeable in managing and deploying custom Dashboards
  • Troubleshoot and resolve basic issues around standard modules
  • Manage bi-annual releases
  • Basic understanding of Procurement, Order to Cash, and inventory workstreams

Attributes to be successful in this role

  • Scripting experience (bonus if familiar with SuiteScript)
  • Knowledge of SuiteFlow
  • Has an interest in expanding their knowledge in many facets of NetSuite including Manufacturing, Procurement, Order to Cash, Fixed Assets, integrations etc.
  • Self-managed with little supervision
  • Some knowledge of PCBS or Hyperion, or willing to learn
  • Solid communication skills, frequent communication
  • Proven functional knowledge, some technical knowledge

Optional but highly considered attributes

  • Familiarity with Netsuite OneWorld (multi-subsidiary/multi-currency)
  • Experience administrating Netsuite CRM
  • Experience with formulating data models in PBCS or Hyperion for the purpose of forecasting and planning
  • Some knowledge of Nexonia and FloQast
  • Experience with basic integrations using technologies such as REST and Webservices
  • Has experience with middleware – experience with Jitterbit a huge plus
  • NetSuite Certified Administrator

QUALIFICATIONS

  • BS/BA in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business/Computer Science, or associated field experience required
  • Strong working knowledge of finance, sales, purchasing, and manufacturing
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and a good team player with problem solving skills and can work with colleagues based in different geographical locations globally
