SAN DIEGO — October 13, 2023 — Companies visiting PRINTING United this October 18-20 in Atlanta will have the opportunity to see new Memjet technology on display in several booths across a range of industry-leading print providers.

Earlier this year, Memjet announced the launch of two new printing solutions — the DuraBolt 325C PrintEngine and the DuraBolt PrintBar. The DuraBolt 325C PrintEngine was purpose-built for high-volume CMYK print runs, and can print 13” widths at speeds of up to 450 feet per minute. The DuraBolt PrintBar is a fully stitched, wide web monochrome print bar with the ability to print at over 960 feet per minute at widths of 13”, 26” or 39”. Both systems include a powerful Digital Front End and make it possible to easily customize systems via ModBus integration.

W+D North America Inc. – who offers a wide range of solutions for the mail and e-commerce industry – recently announced plans to introduce the new W+D i-Jet 3 inkjet overprint press at PRINTING United. This new press utilizes the DuraBolt 325C PrintEngine.  According to W+D, “The new W+D i-JET 3 features the new Memjet DuraBolt production class print engine capable of printing 36,000+ #10 envelopes/hr at its highest resolution of 1600 x 1280 dpi which puts it in a class of its own in terms of quality and speed.” Visitors will be able to see the new W+D I-Jet 3 in W+D’s booth B2219.

The DuraBolt PrintBar will be on display at PRINTING United by Capital Mailing Equipment, who is an authorized distributor of the DuraBolt PrintBar range and a nationwide integrator of industrial inkjet and production solutions for the printing and mailing industry. Visitors to their booth will be able to see a 13” DuraBolt PrintBar on display.  In addition, Capital Mailing Equipment will be running the OPHRYS by VarioPrint envelope printer live, which utilizes Memjet’s highly stitchable and scalable DuraLink multi-color platform. Attendees can visit Capital Mailing Equipment at Booth B1155.

Visitors to PRINTING United will have the opportunity to see a wide range of additional Memjet technology on display at several other Memjet OEMs and partners. For example:

Xitron LLC, part of the Hybrid Software Group PLC, will be demonstrating the DFE and controller platform for various Memjet technologies, including the new DuraBolt solutions, in Booth B8079.
